It is in the Pleasant Plain area of Warren County and is serviced by the Goshen School District and there is county water and natural gas available. The property is currently being farmed and is in the CAUV program. Should the winning bidder not desire to keep it in the CAUV program, the cost of removal is currently $3386.20 and would be the responsibility of the buyer. A ten percent Buyer Premium will be added to winning bid to establish final contract selling price. Buyer to pay all closing costs except the real estate tax proration, which will be paid by Trustee at closing.
DEPOSIT AND CLOSING: Successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the high bid amount by 2:00pm on July 29, 2026. Closing shall take place on or before August 26, 2026 through Technetitle Agency title Company.
