The inventory for this sale includes a diverse range of items such as Avantco Commercial Reach-In Refrigerator, Hamilton Beach Commercial Milkshake/Drink Mixers, Winco Spectrum Commercial Mixers, Vevor Ice Cream Machine, True Glass-Door Cooler, Stainless Steel Prep Tables (assorted sizes), Solid Wood Tables and Chairs, Triple-Basin Sink, Single Basin Sinks, Regency Prep Table, 55” TV’s, Assorted Kitchenware, Metro Racks, Signage and more.

Pick-up | Removal Location: 1885 Marina Mile Blvd., Suite 103, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315
Checkout | Removal date: The checkout/removal period is from June 19 to June 21 between 9 AM and 4 PM.
Payment Information: Full payment is due on Wednesday, June 19 by 4 PM. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card credit or debit cards for invoices up to $500, along with a convenience fee. Invoices exceeding $500 must be paid via CASH, CERTIFIED FUNDS, ZELLE, or WIRE TRANSFER OF FUNDS. Company Checks or Personal Checks are not accepted.
Buyer’s Premium: An 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning lots.
Shipping: Packing and shipping services are not provided. Buyers are responsible for picking up their purchases within the specified time frame.

1. Condition: All items are as is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied.
2. Registration: Must be 18+ years old to participate. Bidder must register online with a valid account and credit card.
3. Buyer’s Premium: Online/Proxibid: 18% BP.
4. Inspection: All bidders are welcomed to inspect the property prior to placing a bid. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value, condition, age, genuineness, authenticity, defectiveness, or any other determinative factor.
5. Withdrawal/Cancellation: Moecker Auctions reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed in the catalog/brochure before, during, or after the auction without liability. Moecker Auctions reserves the right to cancel the sale at any time for any given reason.
