Opening of all submitted bids will occur on Saturday December 28 at 11:00 A.M. On Site!  Sale is Subject to Approval! Bidders are encouraged to attend.

The successful Bidder will be required to make a Non- refundable Deposit Of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000). The Balance Will Be Due within 30 days. Sale not contingent upon financing. Sale not including inventory of Food Products or recipes.

Successful bidder will assume property lease upon closing of this transaction.
