AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Real estate sells ‘AS IS.’
• Property (total package) sells with a $133,000 RESERVE (or minimum bid).
• At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder is to tender an earnest money deposit in the amount of $10,000 (if sold as a total package) …or $4,500 for Tract A; the (60) acre package and $5,500 for Tracts B & C; the (73.12) acre package (should the packages sell separately).
• Seller will furnish and pay for owner's title insurance, preparation of the deed/s, conveyance fees and the proration of real estate taxes.
• There is a 10.0% Buyer’s Premium charged to the Buyer & collected at closing.
