Notice of Chapter 7 Auction Sale of Intellectual Property via Timed Online Auction
By Order of Chapter 7 Trustee, Nicole Testa Mehdipour and the UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA, WEST PALM BEACH DIVISION, Moecker Auctions has been engaged to sell the intellectual property (“Intellectual Property”) of LIBERTY INDUSTRIES, L.C., and LIBERTY PROPERTIES AT NEWBURGH, L.C., Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case No. 18-14231-EPK and No. 18-14232-EPK.
The Intellectual Property consists of approximately 550+/- Broadcast and Telecommunication Infrastructure Tower System Engineering Portfolio drawings consisting of:
Fabrication Design Drawings, Installation Drawings, Foundation Design Drawings, Geotechnical Data, Site Survey Data, Steel Yield Strength Data Packages and FCC Repack.
The Intellectual Property is currently located at a secure location in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
The Intellectual Property is being sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, and no warranty or representation either expressed or implied, concerning the asset is made by the Seller, Auctioneer, or any of their Agents.
The Intellectual Property will be sold individually via timed online auction commencing on Monday, November 11th at 12:00 noon and ending on Thursday, December 12th, 2019 at 12:00 noon.
A designated inspection period by appointment only will be available prior to the auction. The inspection period will be from Monday, November 11th through Wednesday, December 12th, 2019. Payments due: No later than noon on 12/17
Removal: Buyer must make an appointment for removal within 7 to 10 business days after conclusion of auction.
Online buyer's premium: 10% BP will apply.
