Inspection period: Day of sale 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Sale will consist of: firearms including: hand guns, rifles, shot guns, large amount of various ammunition, accessories including: cases, holsters, iron sites, knives, lasers, magazines, mounts, scopes, flashlights, parts, glasscases, display fixtures and much more!
Partial terms of sale:
- Condition: All items are as is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Subject to confirmation.
- Registration: $100.00 refundable cash deposit and valid driver's license to participate.
- Payments due: No later than noon on 09/01.
- Onsite buyer's premium: 15% bp will apply.
- Online buyer's premium: 18% bp will apply.
- To purchase a firearm, buyer will have to complete the ATF Form 4473. The federal firearms license (FFL) dealer will contact the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) through a state government contact who conducts NICS checks. There shall be a mandatory 3-day waiting period (excluding weekends) between the purchase and the delivery of any firearm. The 3-day waiting period shall not apply to a holder of a concealed weapon permit. All announcements made on auction day shall take precedence over previously distributed information.
